Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the WorkBud X website at chat.eedon.cn and the WorkBud X application operated by Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd. It does not replace Apple’s own policies for the App Store.
The website
The website has no account registration, analytics tools, advertising, marketing cookies, or online feedback submission. Your language and appearance choices are saved in your browser. The hosting service may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond to your request; email providers also process the message to deliver it.
Data on your device
Chats, tasks, messages, results, workflow state, and original attachments are stored locally until you delete them. WorkBud X extracts text from selected files on your device, using image text recognition when needed. Original attachments are not uploaded to the model service.
Model processing
When you send a message or run a Skill task, the relevant message text, conversation or task context, and extracted attachment text are sent through WorkBud X’s online model service. Supabase provides anonymous authentication and service infrastructure, and a third-party AI model provider processes the request to generate a response. WorkBud X does not persist your prompt or generated response on its service. This does not describe the model provider’s own retention practices, which are governed by its applicable terms and privacy policy. After a successful chat, relevant conversation text may also be processed to suggest a suitable Skill.
Operational data and retention
The service stores pseudonymous identifiers used to recognize a service identity and subscription, subscription status, aggregate usage counts, and operational records without message content. Aggregate usage records may be retained for abuse and cost control. Inactive anonymous service identities may be removed after 90 days. Raw transaction identifiers, signed transaction payloads, prompts, replies, filenames, file paths, and provider response bodies are not stored in service logs or databases.
Your choices
You can view existing local content without an active subscription, delete local chats and tasks, and manage your Apple subscription. Contact support to request access to or deletion of service-side data associated with you. Deleting local content does not cancel an Apple subscription.
